Our website (https://verluxion.com), provided through Fourthwall (the “Service”), is designed to support our mission of growing in faith together. These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and the Creator regarding your use of the Service.

We offer a platform where you can support our mission through the purchase of merchandise, digital products, memberships (“Memberships”), and voluntary donations. We strive to ensure all our operations are conducted with order, integrity, and transparency. By using this Service, you agree to engage with our community in a spirit of mutual respect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of age and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws. We ask that all users conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values and mission of this channel.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access Memberships and certain Products, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment, Pricing, and Memberships

  • Fees: All fees are in U.S. Dollars. You will have the opportunity to review all charges before payment.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to determine pricing. While we strive for transparency, prices may change with advance notice for recurring Memberships.

  • Automatic Renewal: Memberships involve recurring payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the "Membership Billing Date" each period until you cancel.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Membership at any time through the Billing tab in your profile or by emailing us.

5. Donations and Contributions

We are grateful for those who feel led to support The Faith Habit through voluntary donations. Please note:

  • Purpose: Donations are used to support the production of content, slideshows, and the general operations of the channel.

  • No Goods or Services: Donations are voluntary gifts and do not entitle the donor to any specific goods or services in return.

  • Tax Status: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, donations to The Faith Habit are not tax-deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. Please consult with a tax professional regarding your specific situation.

  • Non-Refundable: All donations are final and non-refundable once processed.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Defective Products: We accept returns for defective items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, including return shipping.

  • General Returns: Because many of our items are custom-made or digital, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective products.

  • Donations: As noted above, voluntary donations are non-refundable.

7. Licenses and Intellectual Property

  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use our materials (graphics, videos, and designs) for your own personal growth and encouragement.

  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the materials provided through the Service. We ask that you respect the creative work and resources poured into this ministry.

We provide these services through Fourthwall, but your agreement is primarily with Verluxion Media. Fourthwall is not liable for disputes arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings will take place in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
